Scavenger Ectypes specialize in EVA exploration and the usage of weapons and tools found during it. While the Scavenger does not bring anything inside the ship, he excels at looting and scavenging ruins and wrecks outside the ship. He has the best survivability in space and EVA, allowing him to stay out for extended periods. He can also enable other crew members to stay in space longer.
Responsibilities
- EVA'ing out to ancient wrecks and space stations.
- Exploring and finding loot.
- Bringing loot back to the ship.
- Manning Progenitor turrets on stations.
- Performing external repairs.
- Support EVAing crew members.
- Be a Gunner, while inside the ship.
Tips&Tricks
- Be a second gunner, when you are not doing EVA.
- Use stationary weapons to draw fire from the main ship
- Your teammates can also use Oxygenated Blood Pack
- If you are in a good coordination with a pilot, you can to repair Hull Breaches during fights.
- Instead of manually bringing everything to the ship, throw the loot outside the building so the ship can scoop it.
- Using Grappling Hook you can solo sync charge the Void drive.
