REMNANT COMM RELAYS are central links in the larger REMNANT communication network, serving a crucial function in coordinating REMNANT forces across the Void. Each of these relays emits a ceaseless stream of cryptic signals, seemingly acting as a beacon for reinforcements in the event of a threat.
REMNANT COMM RELAYS are armed with potent ANTI-SHIP TURRETS mounted on their exterior frame. As threats approach, these turrets come online, loosing a hailstorm of projectiles at hostile entities within their range.
When attacked, the Comm Relay initiates a REINFORCEMENT SIGNAL via its array of mounted SATELLITE DISHES. If allowed sufficient time to complete the transmission, this signal will call forth additional REMNANT forces, bolstering its defenses.
The Comm Relay's potent defenses and capacity to summon reinforcements make it a formidable opponent. However, it's not invincible. The installation's WEAK POINTS - including vulnerable FUEL TANKS and critical ENERGY JUNCTURES - can be exploited for a swift and efficient takedown.
